Land for Commercial Agriculture in Uganda

We have titled land going for between 3-5 million Uganda Shillings good for short and long term commercial agriculture farming for high value crops e.g. Hass Avocado, Coffee, Pineapples, Ginger, Grapes, Banana, Beans, Maize, Soya Beans, commercial tree growing e.g. Eucalyptus, Pine, Melia Vulkensii etc.

Short and Long Term Leases

For short term leases e.g. for short rotation crops e.g. ginger, beans, maize, soya beans etc, an acre of land costs between 300,000 to 800,000Ugx, depending on location. Long term leases are available for non Ugandans e.g. 49 Years, this will cost between 3-5 million Uganda shillings.

Those interested in Large Scale Hass Avocado Farming, we have 1200 acres in with flowing river ready for partialling into a minimum of 10 acres per person to establish an avocado estate. Each client will get a land title, this costs 5m per acre.

NON UGANDANS HOW YOU CAN BUY LAND

According to the laws of Uganda all non Ugandans or foreign investors, you can only buy land on lease for 49 years, 99 years etc. However, individual land owners, may choose to lease land on agreement for years between 40 to 70 years.
